This article is more than simply a current events piece because it highlights important factors beyond Russian integration of various information operations capabilities. This work addresses the crucial importance of education as a defense against the weaponized narrative, as seen in the close coordination between Latvia's Ministries of Defense and Education. Only through long-term solutions like improved and expanded education in critical thinking and media literacy can we even partially defend ourselves from the weaponized narrative. JH
